â–ˆ 1987 As the usage of dry cabinet flourished (Superdry/Auto Dry) , shifted from the optical markets to the field of semiconductor manufacturing with our SUPERDRY certifiable ultra low humidity storage cabinets with setting as low as 1%RH , as well as dry cabinets with cleanroom HEPA filters were developed at this time.
